SD Cinematografica was considered worthy of a contribution by the Lazio Region to apply to the POR FESR LAZIO 2014 - 2020, Avviso Pubblico “Atelier Arte Bellezza e Cultura” -Progetto integrato per la valorizzazione di specifici tematismi, di cui alla Det. n. G04911 del 18-4-2017, concesso in regime de minimis a norma dei Regolamento (UE) n. 1407/2013. (Determinazione n. G07198 del 04/06/2018 pubblicata sul Supplemento n.  del BURL n. 46 del 05/06/2018 CUP ­­­ F35I17000260007)

The project, briefly, consists of:

• making a documentary film of 2 hours on the Battle of Cassino using new documents and new archive material found. Material that will be adequately digitized, restored, archived, indexed and made available to the public on a specially created web portal.
• Screening the film in the Cassino Atelier in the presence of the Press and public offices with debate at the end.
• Grant the Historial Museum the film for unlimited screenings in the Museum.
• Publish the film on the portal  "YouDoc" augmented with special content (full interviews, complete archive material, wikipedia links and geolocalizations).
• Commercialize the film in Italy and abroad.
